What does RH mean to me? It is a great benefit that is offered to employees to help improve their health. It facilitates wellness benefits to employees without having to take time off of work. It’s a more personal approach to the management of diabetes, hypertension and/or hyperlipidemia tailored to their specific needs instead of the “routine” treatment that’s given to the general population. It’s high quality, efficient healthcare provided to the employee while at the same time allowing the employee to be more engaged in their health by providing them the knowledge and understanding of their healthcare needs through education.

I feel that Retro Health is an excellent benefit for employees due to the fact that many do not have a personal medical provider for their health needs. In many cases we are the first to inform them of their abnormal labs and health issues. Many of the employees find it convenient to stop by my office or call/text and ask for medication refills and I feel that this helps to assist with their compliance. Lab draw is also a convenience as well as their office visits on site.
